The front desk staff was helpful. Tiffany provided awesome service at reception. The laundry room was convenient to use.
The bathroom door in my room would not stay closed. There was no lock available on the bathroom door. The toilet seat did not fit correctly and was uncomfortable.

the location was close to major shopping areas and a short walk to fashion walk, it made getting around easy! the front office manager, jenny lam, and guest service supervisor, calvin wong, were very helpful. they were cute.
i think there could have been a toilet bidet in the room.

the location was amazing, just behind times square. it was so convenient to walk to the mtr station. the bed sheets and towels were white and smelled very fresh and clean. i had a really nice stay.
the breakfast menu had four set options. it might get repetitive if you stay a bit longer. i would have liked more variety.

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially tiffany. she was very approachable and patient. the team attended quickly to the additional towels that i requested. that was great!

the room was a pretty good size for accommodation in the city!!! there was closet space. it also featured a mini fridge and access to cable tv. i found everything i needed.
